Louis Zeff 
(1896-1966)

Louis Zeff was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan as a practicing attorney in 1927. Mr. Zeff was a litigant for most of his career doing both plaintiff and defense work. Mr. Zeff represented Calvert Insurance and Service Fire Insurance Company, subsidiaries of Commercial Credit and C.I.T. for over thirty years, until his death in 1966.

His son, A. Robert Zeff, joined his father's firm in 1957 and the firm has carried the name Zeff and Zeff, P.C. to the present date.

Louis Zeff was known for his fervor, drive, energy, and ability when it came to championing individual rights in the legal system.
